1. About Orbix
Orbix is an online investment platform that lets registered users fund an account with USDT and buy shares in vetted Nigerian instruments that pay a fixed monthly return. By creating an account or using any part of the platform you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Orbix.
2. Eligibility & Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Orbix. You agree to provide accurate personal details when registering, to keep your login credentials and 4-digit transaction PIN confidential, and to tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are made in USDT on the supported networks shown on your deposit page. Funds are credited to your main wallet once the transfer is confirmed, and 1 USDT is always treated as $1 on the platform. Withdrawals are sent to a USDT address you provide; each wallet has its own minimum and a small flat network fee, and withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before payout. Always double-check the network and address you use — transfers sent to the wrong network or address cannot be recovered.
4. Investments & Returns
When you invest, you buy shares in instruments listed on the platform at the price shown at the time of purchase. Active investments earn the fixed monthly return displayed on the instrument, paid into your investment wallet. Returns accrue only while an investment is active, and the terms that apply are the ones shown when you invest.
5. Investment Risk
All investing carries risk, and digital-asset transfers carry additional operational risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no return is ever completely without risk. Nothing on Orbix is personalised financial, legal or tax advice — you invest at your own discretion and should only invest money you can afford to leave invested.
6. Referral Program
You may share your personal referral link and earn a commission on your referrals' investments, credited to your referral wallet. Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or any attempt to game the program are prohibited and may lead to forfeiture of bonuses and account closure.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Orbix for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with the operation or security of the platform, and not to harass other users in community channels or vendor chat. We may ask you to complete identity (KYC) verification and may pause accounts while checks are carried out.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, present a security or legal risk, or remain unverified when verification is required. You may stop using Orbix at any time; balances that pass review remain withdrawable in line with the withdrawal rules above.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and your continued use of the platform after that date means you accept the revised terms.
