Orbix

Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who We Are

Orbix is an online investment platform where users fund an account with USDT and invest in vetted Nigerian instruments. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Orbix website, dashboard and related services.

2. Information We Collect

When you register we collect your name, username, email address, phone number and country. If you complete identity (KYC) verification we also collect the documents and details you submit. We additionally record the information generated by your use of the platform — deposits, investments, withdrawals, referral activity and messages you post in community or vendor chat.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, credit your monthly returns and referral commissions, verify your identity where required, secure the platform, respond to support requests, and send you service messages such as verification codes and transaction notifications.

4. Transaction & Blockchain Data

USDT deposits and withdrawals happen on public blockchains. Transaction identifiers and wallet addresses you use with Orbix are recorded on those networks and are publicly visible by design — we cannot edit or erase data on a public blockchain.

5. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as email delivery), when the law requires us to, or where it is necessary to prevent fraud or enforce our Terms of Service.

6. Security

Your account is protected by your password, an optional email verification step at sign-in, and a 4-digit transaction PIN for money actions. Data is encrypted in transit, and access to personal information inside Orbix is limited to staff who need it to do their job.

7. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as we need it to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. Records tied to financial transactions are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

You can view and update your profile details from your account settings at any time. You may also ask us to correct inaccurate information, provide a copy of the information we hold about you, or close your account — subject to the retention obligations above.

9. Changes & Contact

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated date. For any privacy question or request, reach us through the contact page.
